Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the tenant, Six and Twenty Distillery, in the lease of 5,380 square feet at 556 Perry Ave. in Greenville.

Ross Kester, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the landlord, Wood Street Properties LLC, in the lease of 8,714 square feet at 225 E. Wood St. in Spartanburg.

Frank Hammond, of Colliers International, represented Apex Bank in the sale of 1.1 acres at 5630 U.S. Highway 76 in Pendleton to Enigma Corp.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison, of Colliers International, represented ECPI University LLC in the lease of 30,769 square feet of office space at 1001 Keys Drive in Greenville.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison represented US REIF ICP South Carolina LLC in the lease of 14,930 square feet of office space at 1 Independence Pointe to Centerplate Inc.

John Odom and Rakan Draz  of Avison Young represented WFC Travelers Rest LLC in the leasing of 1,336 square feet of retail space located 2 Benton Road in Travelers Rest to Yahya Almanifi and Kateba Nagi. Karl Nelson of NAI Beverly Hanks represented the tenant. The 7,500-square-foot building is now fully leased.

Avison Young announced that Rakan Draz and John Odom represented Make Made LLC in the leasing of 2,030 square feet of retail space at 241 N. Main St. in Greenville from Demarais Family Enterprises LLC. Matt Foster of Spencer Hines Properties represented the landlord.

Rhett Craig, Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds represented Epsilon Management LLC in the purchase of a 4,750-square-foot office building at 902 N. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville from Oak Grove Park LLC. Doug Sprayberry of Key Real Estate LLC represented the seller.

Avison Young announced that Rhett Craig, Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds represented Well Care Home Health of the Upstate Inc. in the leasing of a 2,270-square-foot medical office space located at 1200 Woodruff Road in Greenville from Zeta Partnership. Mark Vanvick of Vanvick Property Group LLC represented the landlord.

Garrett Scott,  John Montgomery and Brockton Hall, of Colliers International, represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 625 S. Old Piedmont Road to Chempak International Inc.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison represented Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners in the lease of 5,211 square feet of office space at 55 Beattie Place to Treatment Centers Holdco LLC, also known as Crossroads.

Frank Hammond represented Dream Catcher Realty LLC in the sale of 1419 Poinsett Hwy., a 1,900-square-foot retail building, to Expressions Unlimited Inc.
