• Rusty Hamrick, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Charles Waldrep in the sale of a 175-acre property located at 445 Drummond Road in Enoree to Tycam Holdings LLC. 
• Keith Jones and McNeil Epps, of NAI Earle Furman, represented LTDK Inc. in the sale of an 8,000-square-foot office building at 400 Regent Park Court in Greenville to King Greenville Holdings LLC. 
• Chris Butler, of KDS Commercial Properties, assisted the startup medical company, South Atlantic Healthcare, in leasing Class A office space at the Harbinger Building at 777 Lowndes Hill Road in Greenville.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented R&C Rental Properties LLC in the purchase of a 20,300-square-foot medical office building on 2.68 acres at 32 Centennial Way in Greenville, from 32 Stoney Point Drive LLC.
• Wiley North, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented William E. Thompson Jr. and Lewis E. Lancaster in the sale of a 2,100-square-foot office building on 0.31 acre at 670 E. Main St. in Spartanburg, to David Edward Tate.
