• John Bauknight and Andrew Babb, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Airlie Inc. in the sale of a 7.17-acre site at 181 E. Main St. in Inman to Dunbrik LLC.  
• Dallas Wright, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Spring Hope LLC in the purchase of an 8,640-square-foot multifamily investment property at 1 Spring Hope Circle in Spartanburg from Woodridge Investment Services LLC.
• Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza, of Colliers International, represented BIG-RL Crosspointe Plaza LLC in the leasing of 6,748 square feet of retail space at 820 Woods Crossing Road to Crabby’s Crab LLC.
• Sammy DuBose, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Woodvan LLC in lease renewal negotiations with TD Bank NA for the lease of a 3,000-square-foot retail building at 1216 Woodruff Road in Greenville.
