The following commercial real estate transactions were recently completed in the Upstate. For weekly updates on commercial deals, see the Hot Properties feature every Tuesday in the GSA Business Report Daily email.

• Gary Kirby of KDS Commercial Properties represented the seller of 800 Squires Point in Duncan.  The purchaser, Falcon Real Estate Development, will develop townhouses on the approximately four-acre site.
• Mark Ratchford, MAI, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the buyer of a 1.71-acre commercial site located on State Park Road in Travelers Rest.  The buyer plans to develop the site although no immediate plans are available.
• Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Hutton, in the purchase of 1.33 acres in Lexington, N.C., in Davidson County, from Lexington Development.
• Josh Tew of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Riverside Corp, in the sale of a 10,164-square-foot building in Lanett, Ala.
• Brad Doyle, senior broker at KDS Commercial Properties, represented the purchaser, 25 Mills LLC, in acquiring a 5,314-square-foot building with high visibility on Mills Avenue in Greenville. The Foster Law Firm, long-term resident of 601 E. McBee Ave., is relocating their offices to the new space at 25 Mills Avenue after making minor modifications.
• Andy Hayes and Ben Hines of Spencer Hines Properties facilitated the sale of 2200 Stockdale Road and 1110 Venning Road, both in Mount Pleasant.
• Dale Seay of Spencer Hines Properties facilitated the lease of 5,600 square feet of industrial space from Nick Kargiatlis to Vitaliy Ponomarevko at 750 W. Main St., Spartanburg.
• Dale Seay of Spencer Hines Properties facilitated the lease of 600 square feet of retail space at 1000 N. Pine St., Spartanburg, from Baker & Baker to Tiffany Porter and 12,000 square feet of retail space at the same location to Octopharma Plasma.
• Greyson Furnas and Neal Boyett facilitated the lease of 17,500 square feet of industrial space from Sunset Holdings to ASCEX LLC. The property is at 4241 Orchard Park Blvd. in Spartanburg.
