• Avison Young Commercial Real Estate announced that Rakan Draz and John Odom represented FFT Inc. in the sale of 3,920 square feet of retail space at 13-15 Mill Street in Inman to The Maker’s Market Inc. for $60,000 . Karen Hollifield of Ponce Realty Group represented the buyer.
• Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Jasper Group LLC in the sale of a 4,541 square feet of office/retail building on a half-acre site at 451 E. St. John St., to Richard Francis Company Real Estate Holdings LLC.
• Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM, SIOR, and Matt Vanvick, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented West Wing Development LLC in the sale of a 2,008 square feet of office/retail condominium at 121 Rhett St., Unit 100, and125 Rhett St., Unit 101, to Nehemiah C. and Grace A. Chang.
• Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM, SIOR, Matt Vanvick, CCIM, and T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 201 Pelham-Davis LLC in the leasing of a 2,820-square-foot industrial flex space at 201-A Pelham Davis Circle, to Carolina Quilt Studio.
• Shannon Caldwell of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Carroll Daniel Construction Co., in leasing a 2,431-square-foot office space in the Bank of America Plaza from ROIB 101 North Main, LLC.
• Keith Jones, CCIM, SIOR, McNeil Epps and Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, 135 South Main Street LLC, in leasing a 3,200-square-foot office space in the Chamber of Greenville Commerce Building to Novolex Holdings LLC.
• Ted Lyerly, CCIM, of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Morgan Manor Group LLC in leasing 5,885 square feet of retail space in the Morgan Manor complex to Genesis IV LLC.
• Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR, and John Staunton, SIOR, of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Triangle Warehouses LLC, in leasing a 50,000-square-foot industrial space to Progressive Packaging Inc.
• Towers Rice Jr., CCIM, of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, B&N Properties LLC, in leasing a 3,435-square-foot retail space at 445 S. Blackstock Road, Spartanburg. Shane Knight, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the tenant, Smash Ink.
• Richard Barrett, MCR, and Brannan Hudson of Colliers represented SunCap Property Group in the lease of 31,912 square feet of industrial space at 201 Forrester Drive in Greenville to United Performance Metals.
• Richard Barrett, MCR,  and Brannan Hudson of Colliers represented Garlington Park LLC c/o Ziff Properties in the lease of 5,250 square feet of industrial space at 319 Garlington Road in Greenville to State Industrial Products Corp.
• Richard Barrett, MCR, and Brannan Hudson of Colliers represented Weisman Associates LP in the lease of 5,000 square feet of industrial flex space at 140 Landers Road in Spartanburg to Siteone Landscape Supply LLC.
• Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza of Colliers represented Burgess Investments LLC in the lease of 2,357 square feet of retail space to 1143 Woodruff Road to Restore Health Greenville LLC.
• Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the buyer, Gimeco USA, in the purchase of a 10,000-square-foot industrial facility in Spartanburg. Tim Satterfield of CB Caine Commercial represented the seller, Southport Property Investors LLC. Gimeco USA's parent company, which is based in Milan, Italy, plans to use the property to establish its North American headquarters for a zinc-galvanizing business.
• Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the seller, German firm Koeberlein & Seigert, in the sale of a 48,800-square-foot industrial property in Campobello. The buyer, Spartanburg-based J&J Forklift Services, plans to move into this facility as part of its company expansion. A family-owned company, J&J Forklift Services provides forklift sales, leasing, and repair services throughout the Upstate region.
