  • Avison Young Commercial Real Estate announced that Rakan Draz and John Odom represented FFT Inc. in the sale of 3,920 square feet of retail space at 13-15 Mill Street in Inman to The Maker’s Market Inc. for $60,000 . Karen Hollifield of Ponce Realty Group represented the buyer.
  • Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Jasper Group LLC in the sale of a 4,541 square feet of office/retail building on a half-acre site at 451 E. St. John St., to Richard Francis Company Real Estate Holdings LLC.
  • Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM, SIOR, and Matt Vanvick, CCIM, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented West Wing Development LLC in the sale of a 2,008 square feet of office/retail condominium at 121 Rhett St., Unit 100, and125 Rhett St., Unit 101, to Nehemiah C. and Grace A. Chang.

  • Richard Barrett, MCR, and Brannan Hudson of Colliers represented Weisman Associates LP in the lease of 5,000 square feet of industrial flex space at 140 Landers Road in Spartanburg to Siteone Landscape Supply LLC.
  • Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza of Colliers represented Burgess Investments LLC in the lease of 2,357 square feet of retail space to 1143 Woodruff Road to Restore Health Greenville LLC.
  • Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the buyer, Gimeco USA, in the purchase of a 10,000-square-foot industrial facility in Spartanburg. Tim Satterfield of CB Caine Commercial represented the seller, Southport Property Investors LLC. Gimeco USA's parent company, which is based in Milan, Italy, plans to use the property to establish its North American headquarters for a zinc-galvanizing business.
  • Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the seller, German firm Koeberlein & Seigert, in the sale of a 48,800-square-foot industrial property in Campobello. The buyer, Spartanburg-based J&J Forklift Services, plans to move into this facility as part of its company expansion. A family-owned company, J&J Forklift Services provides forklift sales, leasing, and repair services throughout the Upstate region.
