  • Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of  Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Engenius Development LLC in the leasing of a 3,500-square-foot office space at 1012 E. Washington St., from WB 2109 LLC.
  • Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented W.R. Payne Automotive Inc. d/b/a Meineke Car Care Center in leasing a 3,256-square-foot retail building at 2390 Laurens Rd., from SWR of Greenville LLC.
  • Avison Young commercial real estate said that Rob Howell represented Craft Axe Throwing LLC in the leasing of a 3,510-square-foot space in the lower level of RJ Rockers Brewery at 226 W. Main St. in Spartanburg, from Palmetto Belk LLC. John Bauknight and Andrew Babb of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord.
  • Rakan Draz and John Odom of Avison Young represented Windward Partners XVI LLC in the leasing of a 2,650-square-foot retail space at 582 Perry St., Greenville, to  Modern RECon LLC.
  • Rob Howell, Ned Reynolds, Rhett Craig and Chris Prince of Avison Young represented the landlord in leasing 1,250 square feet of space at Hampton Station in Greenville to EP+Co for their limited-time Gun Metal Forge pop-up shop.
