NHE Inc. consolidates offices at new Verdae headquarters

A new 50,000-square foot building at Verdae’s Legacy Square will hold the headquarters for property management firm NHE Inc., along with additional offices and unannounced retail tenants.

Willson Jones Carter & Baxley P.A., a southeastern insurance defense-law firm, and DeHollander Financial Group, a Greenville-based wealth management firm, will share the three-story building with NHE Inc. and potentially a full-service spa, restaurant and event space, according to a news release.

“NHE is excited to announce our relocation into this beautiful and expansive space here at Legacy Square in the heart of Verdae, which we consider to be one of Greenville’s finest addresses for both business and residence in this region,” Taylor Davis, CEO of NHE Inc, said in the release “We have eagerly anticipated this day for several years as we grew and are pleased to bring our NHE team together at this magnificent address.”

The building is located at 325 Rocky Slope Road, beside Hollingsworth Park’s 20-acre Legacy Park site. The new headquarters will consolidate NHE’s existing Columbia office and two Greenville locations.

“It’s great to have our entire leadership team together where we can better strategize and collaborate in ways to best serve our customers (and) employees and to move our business forward,” Davis said in the release.

The new offices, designed by DP3 Architects and contracted by Creative Builders of Greenville, includes co-working spaces, conference rooms with built-in audiovisual technology, flex working space for visitors, an open-air courtyard, dining and kitchen area alongside game rooms, according to the release. Bill Runge of Collett will lease the remaining space.
