  • Vertical Strategies LLC purchased a 3,700-square-foot medical office space at 713 Pendleton St., Greenville, from Innovate Holding LLC. Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine facilitated the transaction.
  • The Village of West Greenville’s iconic Flat Iron Building at 1211 Pendleton St. was acquired by Katie and Eric Skoloff with assistance from Larry Webb, senior adviser of KDS Commercial Properties.
  • Guy Harris, Guy Harris Jr. and Bobby Hines of Spencer Hines Properties managed the sale of 6,100 square feet of warehouse and office space from The Kern Group to Hill Pointe LLC for $230,000.
  • Avison Young’s Rakan Draz and John Odom represented Two Scores Properties LLC in the lease of two spaces at 1296 Pendleton St., Greenville.
  • A 48,000-square-foot industrial building at 4950 Orchard Park Blvd. was purchased by Cardin Foods for $1,250,000 in Spartanburg. Dillon Swayngim, Ralph Settle, Don Moss and Chris Neal of Colliers International’s Spartanburg and Charlotte offices represented the buyer
  • Cat-Dog Developers LLC was represented by Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman in the leasing of 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 119 Ian Court Suite I, Spartanburg, to Buckley Brothers LLC.
  • Reliable Staffing Services leased 1,450 square feet of retail space at 20 W. Antrim Drive from Kairos Holdings III LLC. Pintail Capital Partner’s Josh Tew and Monty Todd represented the landlord.
  • KDS Properties’ Gary Kirby represented the Maple Creek Shopping Center in leasing 1,200 square feet of new retail space in Greer.
  • Frank Hammond of Colliers International represented Whitaker TR LLC in the sale of eight acres of land on Hawkins Road in Travelers Rest to Palmetto State Capital LLC.
