Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented John A. Jordan, Carmen S. Loudermilk and Jacqueline L. Brown, who sold about 13 acres of property on Billings Road, Enoree, to Barton C. Mitchell Sr. and Barton C. Mitchell II. 

Agent Robbie Romeiser of Spencer Hines Properties facilitated the sale of 2,850 square feet of retail property at 1725 Limestone St., Gaffney, sold from Craig Long to Salvador Torres for $115,000.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Nasi LLC, in the lease of a 1,250-square-foot retail space in Irmo to the tenant, Script RX Corp.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Brookstone Ventures of Greenville LLC, in leasing a 6,262-square-foot office space at 536 Old Howell Road, Greenville, to Medbridge Healthcare LLC.

Brad Doyle, senior adviser and office specialist, and Mark Ratchford, managing partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Grace Church in the purchase of a 111,650-square-foot building on 12.05 acres of land at 999 Geer Highway in Travelers Rest, which will undergo significant renovations and site work to suit their Travelers Rest campus.

Frank Hammond of Colliers International represented Whitaker TR LLC in the sale of eight acres of land on Hawkins Road in Travelers Rest to Palmetto State Capital LLC.
