Mark Ratchford, managing partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the landlord in leasing a 2,800-square-foot office space at 607 Pendleton Street in downtown Greenville. The tenant is a financial services company.


 

 

Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young represented the buyer in purchasing a 189,830-square-foot industrial building at 28966 Highway 76 East in Clinton for $3.7 million. Rob Gemerchak of Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller.

 


Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Triple Rock Investments Inc., which leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 1546 Nazareth Church Road in Spartanburg to Automotive & Trucking Solutions.


Richard Barrett and Brannan Hudson of Colliers International represented Thomas Centre LLC in the lease of 7,600 square feet of flex industrial space to Orbis Health Solutions LLC at 111 Smith Hines Road in Greenville.


Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg handled the sale of 314,698 square feet of industrial space at 360 and 370 Old Laurens Road in Simpsonville. Representing the seller were Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates.


Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller in the sale of property at the corner of Ware and South Academy streets in Greenville. The buyer plans to develop 68 townhomes and 36 apartments at the site.
