The following commercial real estate transactions were recently completed in the Upstate. For weekly updates on commercial deals, see the Hot Properties feature every Tuesday in the GSA Business Report Daily email.

Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Verdae Properties LLC, which leased 9,522 square feet of retail space at Marketplace Shopping Center, 2463 Laurens Road in Greenville, to Guitar Center Stores Inc.

Larry Webb, KDS Commercial Properties senior advisor, represented the tenant, Boyd Cycling, in the lease of 8,700 square feet of industrial and office space at 1105 Old Buncombe Road in Greenville. Boyd Cycling has relocated their corporate office, manufacturing and distribution facilities.

Andrew Harrill and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg represented the sellers in the sale of 61,300 square feet of industrial property at 2632 Farrs Bridge Road in Easley.

Avison Young commercial real estate announced that Kristin Cameron McDonald, Rob Howell, and Gary Lyons represented KMRT Investments LLC in the purchase of a 16,000-square-foot industrial building at 609 S Washington Ave. in Greenville from DC Realty LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers International South Carolina represented Kenco Logistics Services LLC in the leasing of 163,680 square feet of industrial space at 405 Apple Valley Road in Duncan.

Joyner Commercial, the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors announced that Joe Teague represented the seller and buyer, Anderson Ridge Development LLC, in a sale of land on Anderson Ridge Road in Greer.

Joe Teague of Joyner Commercial represented the buyer Anderson Ridge Development LLC, as well as the seller,  in a sale of 86 acres of land on Phillips McCall Road in Greer.
