T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented SB Ellington LLC, the tenant leasing more than 2,000 square feet of industrial space at Old Stage Business Park, 1029 Old Stage Rd., Suite H, in Simpsonville, from Crane Properties LLC.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers represented Vitesco Technologies USA, Inc. in the sale of a 68,500-square-foot industrial building at 400 S. Nelson Drive in Fountain Inn to Bell, Garrett, Lathem, LLC.


Greg Huff of Joyner Commercial, the commercial division of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors, represented the landlord, TMBH, and tenant, National Youth Advocate Program, in the lease of 5,292 square feet office space at 3531 Pelham Road in Greenville.


Michael Joseph of Joyner Commercial represented the seller, 229 Altamont LLC, in the sale of a 14,000-square-foot warehouse building at 608 Furman Road in Greenville.  


Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Woodvan LLC, which sold about 4.16 acres at Fairforest Way and Cavalier Drive in Greenville to WhiteLane Acquisitions LLC, represented by Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.


Grayson Burgess with The Burgess Company represented the tenant, Walters Exterior Cleaning, in securing them a new space at 117 Murray Dr. in Greenville.


Clay Williams, Grice Hunt, Ford Borders and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, RP Buncombe Road LLC, in leasing 25,000 suare feet of industrial space at 1525 S. Buncombe Road in Greer.


Tyson Smoak represented the buyer, Halton-Webb, LLC, in the purchase of 4.172 acres of land located on Webb Rd near the intersection with Halton Rd. in Greenville from the seller, Gerald D. Huskamp.


Lakin Parr and Jeff Day represented the buyer, Samsonandmia Black Dog Holdings LLC, in the purchase of 400 Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville from the seller, William McCurley.


Glenn Batson, executive vice president for broker services with Spencer Hines Properties, represented Bosworth Enterprises LLC in the purchase of approximately four acres of land in Travelers Rest from Doty Scientific Inc. The land was purchased for investment purposes and is unzoned in Greenville County.
