Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Carlton Lee and Carolyn Lee Baker, the sellers of a 3,200-square-foot warehouse and 3,400-square-foot office building on 2.9 acres at 250 Interstate Blvd., to Plantation at Pelham LLC.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers represented SunCap Property Group in the purchase of 22 acres of land on New Hope Road in Spartanburg.


Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented The Timothy L. Cantrell Revocable Trust in the sale of a 12,960-square-foot industrial building at 112 John Dodd Road in Spartanburg to Upward Lease LLC.

Braxton Wilson and Bryon Culbertson of Joyner Commercial represented seller Disher Properties LLC and buyer Wilfer Bustamante in the sale of a 3,000-square-foot office space located at 1601 Cedar Lane Road, Units 23 and 24 in Greenville.


Michael Joseph represented Seller Dewey Lemons in the sale of a vacant lot located at 80 Latimer Ridge Rd in Honea Path.


Brad Doyle of KDS Properties represented R+R Financial Advisors LLC in leasing a 2,017-square-foot office space at 101 Pelham Commons Blvd. in Greenville.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Live Well Rental and Services LLC, in leasing an 8,000square-foot industrial property at 100 Traxler St., Spartanburg, to Tristan’s Autobody Repair Shop.


Dan Dunn and Kevin Pogue of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, South Avenue Partners LLC, in leasing a 14,841-square-foot industrial property at 300 South Ave., Spartanburg, to JES Columbia LLC.


Ross Kester represented the seller, GOS Holdings, LLC, in the sale of a 6,500 square foot medical office building located at 700 Squires Point, Suite A, in Duncan, to the buyer, Squires Point Holdings LLC, which was represented by Josh Tew and Monty Todd, of Pintail Capital Partners.


Tyson Smoak of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, UCW Logistics, in the lease of a 3,091-square-foot office space located at 22 E. Coffee St. in downtown Greenville from the landlord, Cedar Post LLC.


Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, The Blood Connection Inc., in the lease of a 3,200-square-foot space located at 1900 E. Victory Drive in Savannah, from the landlord, Brixmor Victory Square LLC.
