Avery Martin and Daniel Casillas with The Burgess Co. represented the landlord in leasing a 3,000-square-foot retail space in Seneca to Splash on Main, a Greenville-based swimwear retailer.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented LICAR LLC in the lease of 5,189 square feet of office space at 3 Research Drive in Greenville to Vetronix Research Corp.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented DigitalThinker Inc. in the purchase of a 1,858-square-foot office building at 416 S.E. Main St. in Simpsonville.

Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Will-S Limited Partnership in the sale of 95 acres of land on Wilson Bridge Road in Fountain Inn to Wilson Bridge Development LLC for $2.3 million.

Gary Kirby of KDS Properties represented Cody Gingerich and Jessica Gingerich of Onward Physical Therapy in leasing 1,543 square feet of therapy studio space at Hampton Station, 1320 Hampton Ave. in Greenville.
