545 Brookshire RoadCushman & Wakefield Thalhimer announced that Marleylilly, a monogrammed gifts and accessories company, leased 240,101 square feet of industrial space at 545 Brookshire Road in Greer. Marleylilly is a lifestyle brand based in Greer that specializes in affordable customized clothing, personalized accessories, and monogrammed shoes.

Brian J. Young, Elliott Fayssoux and Kacie Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. Zach Hines, with Spencer Hines Properties, handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented L&P Enterprises Inc. in the sale of a 12,000-square-foot retail building at 2601 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greenville to Nick's Living Trust.


Interstate 26 and S.C. Highway 49 interchangeHarry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Madison Trust Co., which sold 4.83 acres at Interstate 26 and S.C. Highway 49, in Enoree, to Stuti LLC.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Gateway House Inc. in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot office building at 415 Rutherford St. in Greenville to The Salvation Army.


110 W. North St., GreenvilleRobert Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine arranged the sale of a 19,014-square-foot office building on at 110 W. North St. in Greenville. The transaction was between the seller, NPBN LLC and RCSU LLC, the purchaser.


Michael Joseph of Joyner Commercial represented the seller, McDs Holding LLC, in a sale of a 1.1-acre lot at 218 Ladean Ct., Simpsonville.


Adam D. Padgett, Jordan Skellie and Matthew Reynolds of Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord in the lease of 110,000 square feet of industrial space at 200 National Ave., Spartanburg.
