Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Templar Investments LLC, which sold a 9,600-square-foot industrial building on more than 10 acres at 112 Terrapin Road in Spartanburg to Cannon LLC. 


Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young commercial real estate represented VLH Captertree LLC in the purchase of an 11,339-square-foot investment property located at 36 S. Main St. in Travelers Rest, from Dialysis Venture Partners of Travelers Rest LLC for $3.05 million. Ted Lyerly, with NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller.


Atlanta investmentChris Springfield of Sperry Global Affiliates-Griffin Partners represented the seller in the sale of an industrial property with two acres of land, an opportunity as a redevelopment opportunity, in Atlanta, within walking distance of Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Atlanta Aquarium, Centennial Park and Georgia Tech.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers  represented the tenant, Convergint Technologies LLC, in leasing 6,400 square feet of industrial space at 297 Garlington Road in Greenville. Richard Barrett represented the landlord, Garlington Investors LLC.


Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented NPG Investments Inc. in the sale of 5,500 square feet of industrial space at 100 Diversco Drive in Spartanburg to Security Group Inc.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented US REIF ICP South Carolina LLC in the lease of 4,744 square feet of office space at 3 Independence Pointe in Greenville to Girl Scouts of the Mountains to Midlands. Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers’ Columbia office represented the tenant.

Darath Mackie and Randall Bentley of Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord who leased 2,700 square feet of flex space in Suite C at 501 Richardson St. in Simpsonville.


Ross Kester of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, DJJT Holding LLC, in the purchase of a 5,632-square-foot Starbucks and medical retail building in Irmo to the seller, represented by Monty Todd & Josh Tew, Lake Murray 3 LLC.


725 Andrews RoadGivens Stewart and Walt Robinson of Wilson Kibler represented the seller in the recent disposition of a 30,665-square-foot industrial property at 725 Andrews Road in Fountain Inn for $1,175,000.
