129-133 Cleveland St., GreenvilleGrayson Burgess with The Burgess Co. represented the seller of 129-133 Cleveland St. in Greenville, a 2,455-square-foot retail/office building just outside of downtown. Michael Roth with NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer.


Andrew Harrill of Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord in the lease of 1,200 square feet of retail space at 103 and 105 E. Butler Road in Mauldin.


Interstate 85 and Limestone Street in GaffneyChris Springfield of Sperry Global Affiliates-Griffin Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 60-acre tract of land for future residential development, located across from a corner lot of the new four-lane, signalized intersection of the Interstate 85 exit and Limestone Street in Gaffney.


Spencer/Hines Properties handled the lease of about 2,000 square feet of space at 2818 Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville, to Amico LLC, doing business as Maverick Biscuit. Bobby Hines of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the tenant and Mike Kiriakides represented the owners of the property during the transaction. Maverick Biscuit will serve a variety of breakfast biscuits and a variety of lunch specials.


6713 S.C. Highway 29 N. in Pelzer Avison Young commercial real estate announced that Kristin Cameron McDonald, Rob Howell, and Gary Lyons represented Exultent Highway 29 LLC in the leasing of 21,250 square feet of industrial property 6713 S.C. Highway 29 N. in Pelzer to Lumvatech LLC.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and David Cuda of Colliers represented One World Technologies in the lease of 350,490 square feet of industrial space at 1201 Woods Chapel Road in Duncan.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Brunelle Properties in the lease renewal of 25,000 square feet of retail space at 508 N. Main St. in Greer to Quality Foods.


102 Pilgrim Road in Greenville Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented BDK2 LLC, which sold a 3,350-square-foot office building on about an acre of land at 102 Pilgrim Road in Greenville to Stanhope and Associates LLC.


Monty Todd and Josh Tew of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Chancelight, in the lease of a 5,222-square-foot office space at 1400 Browning Circle in Columbia from landlord East West Capital.
