Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Mountain City Land & Improvement Co. LLC, which leased a 4,847-square-foot office space at Innovate, 148 River St., Suite 120, Greenville, to Millennium Private Wealth LLC.

Avison Young commercial real estate announced a deal handled by Rakan Draz, John Odom and James McKay, who represented The Opal Bride, in leasing retail space at 1282 Pendleton St. in Greenville from JBM Investments Group LLC.

Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented BHI Energy Power Services LLC in the leasing of 22,000 square feet of industrial space at 110 Prosperity Boulevard in Piedmont.

Taylor Allen, SIOR, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented US REIF ICP South Carolina, LLC in the lease of 17,330 square feet of office space at 2 Independence Point in Greenville to United Healthcare.

Chris Springfield of Sperry Global Affiliates-Griffin Partners represented the seller in the sale of a 30,000-square-foot flex industrial property in Chesnee with five acres of land. It was a short due diligence and a quick close.

Chad Stepp, Randall Bentley and Kevin Bentley of Lee & Associates of Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord in a lease renewal of 121,000 square feet of industrial space at 2 Greentree Road in Anderson.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Hospitality Blvd. Partners LLC in the purchase of about half an acre located at 561 Highway 72 Bypass in Greenwood from seller, SAC Enterprises Inc.
