The following commercial real estate transactions were recently completed in the Upstate. For weekly updates on commercial deals, see the Hot Properties feature every Tuesday in the GSA Business Report Daily email.

Colliers South Carolina’s senior brokerage associate Richard Barrett represented R&J Investments in the lease of about 4,000 square feet of industrial flex space at 1040 C Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Greenville to Amerimed Emergency Medical Services.

Golden Oaks Industrial Park is a five-building park located off Miller Road. Tenants are near amenities of Woodruff Road with quick access to both Interstate 85 and Interstate 385. This lease takes the park to nearly full occupancy, leaving only one 4,000-square-foot suite for lease, according to a news release.

Amerimed Emergency Medical Services is a family-owned medical transportation company that specializes in a wide range of high-performance EMS systems, including emergency, non-emergency, critical care and behavioral health. It is headquartered in Buford, Ga., with several locations across the Southeast and Midwest. This will be its first location in Greenville and its third in South Carolina, the news release said.

“We were pleased to help this growing critical needs service find space to expand their business,” Barrett said in the release. “They had a very specific need we were able to meet so they can continue to grow and provide a vital service to help address medical service needs in our area.”

Barrett specializes in flex/industrial landlord and tenant representation throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg market.

Avison Young commercial real estate is announced that Rakan Draz, John Odom and James McKay represented Carolina Grant Properties LLC in leasing a 1,822-square-foot retail flex property at 325 New Neely Ferry Road in Mauldin to Metkon USA.


Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Min Yue LLC, the seller, in the investment sale of Denny’s Restaurant with more than 2,640 square feet at 3401 Clemson Blvd., Anderson, to T&S Food Service II LLC.


Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented PASI Inc. in the sale of a 10,154-square-foot commercial building at 5401 N. Main Street in Cowpens to DDR Properties Inc.


Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Earle Furman of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, First Citizens Bank and Trust Co., in the sale of a 10,856-square-foot office building at 501 Roper Mountain Road in Greenville to Roper Mountain Road Investors LLC.


Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Carolina Oaks Dental, in the purchase of 1.54 acres at 7701 White Horse Road in Greenville from the seller, GPS Center LLC.
