100 E. Washington St., GreenvilleHarry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 354 Clemson LLC in the purchase of a 5,308-square-foot retail condominium at 100 E. Washington St., Unit 11, in Greenville, from 100 East Venture LLC.


Grayson Burgess and Daniel Casillas with The Burgess Co. represented the seller, BIG LLC, in the recent sale of 5152-5156 Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley. They generated multiple offers and local investor AVSP Easley LLC is the new owner of the property. The deal closed with a 6.3% cap rate.


Pete Brett and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Bright Investments II LLC in leasing 2,700 square feet of retail space at Garlington Road Crossing, 700 Garlington Road, Suites F and G, to Glam Salon LLC.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented LS Partners LLC in the lease of 3,531 square feet of office space at 325 Rocky Slope Road in Greenville to Fuel SC LLC.


Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Spartanburg Center No. 2 LLC, in leasing a 6,800-square-foot industrial space at 101-111 Fortis Drive, Suite 109, in Duncan, to Taz Mechanical.


25 Brookfield Oaks Drive, GreenvilleChris Schweighart of The Parker Group Commercial Brokerage, represented Evoke Creative in leasing 16,000 square feet of space at 25 Brookfield Oaks Drive in Greenville. Evoke Creative is an England-based manufacturer of retail kiosks, is establishing its North American headquarters at this facility.  Kacie Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the landlord, Prologis.


Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, The Blood Connection Inc., in the lease of 4,209 square feet of space at 5135 Sunset Blvd. in Lexington from landlord, Rivercrest Realty Associates LLC.


Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, 3X5K LLC, in the purchase of two flex buildings totaling 36,000 square feet at 4-8 and 26-38 Boland Court in Greenville from seller Robert J. Boland Family Trust.
