RealtyLink handled the sale of a Class A 136,000-square-foot Industrial building to Diversified Medical Healthcare. DMH is a conglomerate of four innovative health care companies specializing in advanced molecular diagnostics, medical supplies and innovative laboratory equipment, according to a news release.

The development, known as Garlington North Industrial, will house future developments off Interstate 85 and Pelham Road in Greenville.

The property, which totals 50 acres, is anchored by Topgolf with zoning for other mixed uses such as restaurants, hotels, industrial and entertainment. The industrial side of the project consists of 21 of the 50 acres and is slated for additional industrial buildings soon, the RealtyLink news release said.

“We look forward to the additional growth that this project has to offer,” RealtyLink Principal Neil Wilson said in the release. “Topgolf has been very well received by Greenville and the Upstate. Garlington North’s industrial facet will do nothing but add growth and jobs to Greenville.”

Neil Wilson and Haydrian Lewis, developer associates with RealtyLink, along with Colliers International are seeking tenants for the development. Lewis said in the release that they are working with additional users, including entertainment, flex office, hotel, restaurants and retail.

James McKay, Rakan Draz and John Odom of Avison Young represented McNolia LLC in the leasing of a 1,920-square-foot retail suite located at 1598 Sandifer Blvd., Suite G, in Seneca, to Seneca Tobacco & Vapor.

Grayson Burgess with The Burgess Co. represented the tenant, Sky Insurance Technologies, in leasing a 2,400-square-foot office space at 1325 Miller Road, Suite C, in Greenville.

Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 3-12 South Main LLC, the landlord that leased a 5,523-square-foot retail space on the ground floor at 113 S. Main St., Greenville, to CHAI Inc.

Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Stan McDowell in the sale of 1.03 acres of land at 1513 Boiling Springs Road in Spartanburg to Jodean Lemmons Jr. and Kathryn Lemmons.

Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wilson Farms Co. LLC, which leased about 1,000 square feet of office space in Suites 202 and 204 at 201 E. North St., Greenville, to Ward McClain, attorney at law. Dubose also represented Wilson Farms Co. LLC in the lease of 1,284 square feet of office space at 201 E. North St., Suite 201, to CTRE LLC.

Richard Barrett of Colliers represented Forrester Drive Greenville LLC in the lease renewal of 60,000 square feet of industrial space at 201 Forrester Drive in Greenville to Woodward FST.

Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Dial Dubose, in leasing a 46,200-square-foot industrial space at 2425 Rutherford Road, Suite A, Greenville, to Diversified Systems.

Chris Schweighart of The Parker Group represented the tenant, AdvantaClean of Greenville, in leasing a 2,800-square-foot flex space at 203 Greer Drive, Simpsonville.  AdvantaClean is a nationwide company that specializes in mold remediation and water damage repair. This space will facilitate an expansion for the locally owned franchise. Mark Griffin and John Kawalchuk of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates represented the landlord.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, CCRP Pelham LLC, in the lease of 1,214 square feet located at 115 Pelham Road in Greenville to Wax Room.
