2459 Laurens Road, GreenvilleSammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Verdae Properties LLC, the landlord, in lease renewal negotiations with Dollar Tree Stores Inc., for 7,800 square feet of retail space at Marketplace Shopping Center, 2459 Laurens Road, Greenville.


812 W. Whitner St., AndersonPete Brett and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Kathy Harris, the landlord who leaded a 4,430-square-foot office building at 812 W. Whitner St. in Anderson to Southern Grit LLC.


Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord, Rallis Holdings LLC, in leasing about 1,020 square feet of office space at 631 Augusta St., Greenville, to Alloy Wealth Management Inc., a wealth management firm serving the Carolinas.


Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, KX Antrim LLC, in the lease of 1,200 square feet at 219 W. Antrim Drive in Greenville to 1869 Liquor Wine, and 5,200 square feet at 219 W. Antrim Drive to Geoycelyn Henderson.


David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Tap Worldwide LLC, in the lease of 9,800 square feet at 1018 Woodruff Road in Greenville to tenant Lorenz Crawford LLP.


Rob Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, an investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a Starbucks property at 2220 Chesnee Highway in Spartanburg to RD Real Estate Investments LLC.


Anna Friddle and Michael Short of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Gibbs International Inc., in selling an acre of land at Warren H. Abernathy Highway, Suite 7, Spartanburg, to Adelphos Capital. Steve Wunder of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer.


Steve Wunder of NAI Earle Furman represented United Community Bank, which sold a 2,769-square-foot office building at 101 W. Carolina Ave. in Clinton to Holmes Enterprises Inc.


Anna Friddle of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, JAVA Holdings LLC, in the sale of a multi-family property at 411 and 412 Hagood St. in Greenville to Hagood Apartments LLC.


Ellice Niedrach of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Laurens Lion LLC, in leasing a 2,730-square-foot retail space at 1500 W. Main St., Suite 44, Laurens, to HBM LLC.


T.L. Baldree of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the owner, Sylvia Jean Taylor, in the sale of approximately two acres of land at 2111 and 2113 W. Georgia Road in Simpsonville. This property will be added to several other parcels to create a corner for a mixed-use retail development.


Gary Kirby, KDS Commercial Properties adviser and industrial specialist, and Mark Masaschi, senior partner and development specialist, represented the seller, Piedmont Petroleum, in the sale of 1.5 acres at the corner of Pendleton Street and Mallard Street in Greenville’s West End. The buyer, Beauwright Development, was represented by Harry Croxton with Coldwell Banker Caine. The property will be developed as a mixed-use building with retail and 24 condominiums.


Richard Barrett of Colliers South Carolina represented Berry Shoals Industrial LLC in the purchase of an 80,000-square-foot industrial building at 961 Berry Shoals Road in Duncan.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers represented Cosmos Granite Southeast LLC in the leasing of 31,186 square feet of industrial space at 370 Old Laurens Road in Mauldin.


Crescent Hospice Inc. leased 2,746 square feet of office space at Veloway Building, 1030 Riverwalk Parkway, in Rock Hill. Drew Kirkpatrick and Philip Vann of Cushman & Wakefield handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.


Avison Young commercial real estate announed that Rakan Draz, James McKay and John Odom represented Arlington Property Ventures in the purchase of a 3,500-square-foot retail building located at 3518 Clemson Boulevard in Anderson, from the Miriam and Victor Ludwig Trust for $1.8 million. John Wright Sr. of McCoy Wright Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
