Greenville-based commercial real estate firm Pintail is expanding its services to include property management.

Pintail Property Services will offer Upstate property owners a range of commercial property management services, including 24-hour emergency support, property inspections and maintenance, contractor selection and management, construction and project supervision, financial reporting, budgeting, critical date tracking, tenant relationship management, and owner and tenant portals, a news release said.

This new venture will be led by 21-year property management industry veteran Brian Sparks who, in addition to being managing partner of the venture, will lead the firm’s day-to-day management of retail, office, industrial, flex, medical and mixed-use properties, the news release said.

Sparks is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

“Property management is not a one-size-fits-all solution,” Sparks said in the release. “Our focus is on tailoring solutions for each owner so they know they’re getting everything they need, and nothing they don’t. That’s how we provide total peace of mind for every client.”

Prior to launching Pintail Property Services, Sparks served as the vice president of property services at a Greenville-based commercial real estate firm, where he spent nearly 19 years.

“As we look toward our seventh year in business, this is an exciting addition for Pintail, allowing us to deliver a complete CRE solution for our clients in the Upstate,” Pintail partner and broker-in-charge Ross Kester said in the release.

Pintail Property Services will operate out of Pintail’s offices at 24 Cleveland Street in Greenville.
