Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young represented the landlord in leasing a studio at Hampton Station, on Hampton Avenue Extension in Greenville, to Inspire Bridal Market. Eric Bode of BoCo Real Estate Inc. represented the tenant. 


Mark Ratchford, managing partner of KDS Commercial Properties, and Brad Doyle, senior adviser and office specialist of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Alma Rose Medical Spa in the lease of a 4,130-square-foot office building at 136 Milestone Way, Greenville.


Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented the estate of Beverly C. Klyce in the sale of a 2,848-square-foot office building on a half-acre property at 260 N. Cleveland Park Dr., in Spartanburg to Paragon Investment Properties Inc.


Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Parking Lot Pros LLC in the purchase of about 4.1 acres at 470 and 480 Whitestone Glendale Road in Spartanburg from Stephen T. Williams.


Garrett Scott John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers South Carolina represented Tyger Oak Inc. in the sale of 73 acres of land at Fort Prince Industrial Park in Spartanburg to Falcon Real Estate Development.


Tim Allender of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the tenants, National Youth Advocacy Program’s domestic program, a nonprofit group that works with foster children in South Carolina. The office space being leased is at 3531 Pelham Road, Suite D, Greenville and the space consists of 2,092 square feet.


Grice Hunt and Clay Williams of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of a 209,461-square-foot industrial property in Duncan.


Peter Couchell and Rob Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors LLC, an investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a Dollar General located at 121 Shady Grove Road in Pickens from Patton Development SC LLC.


Rob Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors LLC, an investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a Starbucks located at 30 Krieger Drive in Travelers Rest from Krieger Drive 100 LLC.


Rusty Hamrick IV of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of 71.4 acres of land located on Stoddard Mill Road in Gray Court. Tripp Taylor of Huff Creek Properties represented the buyer.


Peter Couchell and Rob Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors LLC, an investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a Dollar General located at 225 E. Main St., Salem, to Opportunity Fund Partners LLC.

Shannon Caldwell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Falls Place LLC, in leasing a 3,775-square-foot office space located at 531 S. Main St., Greenville, Suites ML-7 and ML-9, to Alarm.com Inc.


Ellice Niedrach of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Byrnes Storage LLC, in leasing a 1,050-square-foot retail space located at 700 E. Main Street, Suite 11C, Duncan, to Shiv Package Store Inc.
