Hall in the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 1920 New Cut Road in Spartanburg, to 1920 New Cut Road LLC for $1,770,000.


Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented the estate of Shelby S. Thompson in the sale of a 5,000-square-foot office/warehouse building on about 2.6 acres at 355 South Ave., Spartanburg, to Planet Properties LLC.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Ovata Land Holdings LLC in the purchase of 0.33 acres of land at 1204 Laurens Road in Greenville.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery of Colliers and Brockton Hall represented Mapletree in the lease of 307,778 square feet of industrial space at 1375 Howell Road in Duncan to Dollar General Corp.


Parker Sweet with the Storage Group of Joyner Commercial represented the seller, the Elliot Berman 2017 Trust, in a sale of Extra Space Storage located in Roselle, Ill.   


Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, 3X5K LLC, in the lease of 4,100 square feet of flex space at 34 Boland Court in Greenville to tenant Gutter Guards America LLC.


Langston-Black Real Estate represented the The Southern Threader in leasing space for a second location at North Hampton Market Shopping Center, 6019 Wade Hampton Blvd., Taylors. The space is 1,400 square feet. The Southern Threader offers women's fashion.


Earle Furman and Jon Good of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 3901 Pelham Road LLC, in leasing a 720-square-foot retail space at 3915 Pelham Road, Suite B, in Greenville.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Coffee Investments LLC, in leasing an 8,569-square-foot office space at 850 S. Pleasantburg Drive, Suite 300, Greenville, to Worldwide Acceptance.


Chris Harrison of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, NLJ Adventures LLC, in leasing 0.71 acres of land on John B White Sr. Boulevard and Hidden Hill Road in Spartanburg from Enigma Corp.
