Rakan Draz, James McKay and John Odom of Avison Young represented Bright Wellness in leasing 1,800 square feet of office space at 527 Mills Ave, Greenville, from NC LLC. Bryon Culbertson of C. Dan Joyner Realtors represented the landlord.


600 N. A St., Easley.Ned Reynolds and Rhett Craig of Avison Young represented the seller in the sale of a 3,456-square-foot medical office building at 600 N. A St., Easley, to Avonbridge LLC for $540,000.


Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Augusta Road Animal Hospital LLC, the tenant that leased a 3,234-square-foot retail space at Lewis Plaza, 10 West Plaza, in Greenville, from Lewis Plaza Partners LLC.


Gary Kirby, adviser and industrial specialist with KDS Commercial Properties, represented the seller in the sale of two commercial retail buildings totaling 8,670 square feet at the end of North Main Street at Rutherford Road in Greenville. The buyer is redeveloping 731 and 735 Rutherford Road into a brewery and taproom. It was previously the Parkersway Foods Grocery and Hardwick Printing.

1803 Augusta St., Greenville.T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Beverly Waddell and Charles Steven Waddell in the sale of a 1,045-square-foot retail condominium at Capers Place, 1803 Augusta St., Suite B, Greenville, to Hicklin Real Estate Holdings LLC.


Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented Ultratan Inc. in the leasing of 2,000 square feet of retail space at 2607 Woodruff Road in Simpsonville.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers represented Margaret Pomeroy in the sale of 5.72 acres of land on Fairforest Clevedale Road in Spartanburg.

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, 1027 Holdings LLC, in the lease of 900 square feet of retail space at 1027 S. Pendleton St., Suite E, Easley, to tenant Electro Realty Mines and Research LLC. 


David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Coker & Carlin Properties LLC, in the lease of a 2,400-square-foot office space at 1003 Grove Road in Greenville to tenant Restore Pelvic Health and Wellness.


David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, EP Realty SC LLC, in the sale of 2.95 acres located at 107 Duvall Drive in Greenville to White Investments of Greenville.


Spencer/Hines Properties announced the ground lease of a lot at 225 E. Stone Ave, Greenville, to Fifth Third Bank. Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the landlord, Rallis Holdings LLC and 304 E. Stone LLC, during this transaction. The tenant, Fifth Third Bank, National Association, was represented by CBRE Inc.
