Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Kelestatio LLC in the sale of a 14,956-square-foot retail building on a half acre at 253, 261 and 63 Magnolia St., Spartanburg, to 253 Magnolia LLC.

Avison Young’s Rakan Draz, James McKay and John Odom, represented Woodfield .408 Jackson OZB in leasing a 3,649-square-foot restaurant space at 356 Field St. in Greenville to Pizzeria Fiamma LLC.

Rakan Draz, James McKay and John Odom of Avison Young represented CocoBowlz in the leasing of 720 square feet of retail space at 3915 Pelham Road in Greenville from 3901 Pelham Road LLC.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented USI Insurance Services LLC in leasing 4,670 square feet of office space at 101 N. Main St. in Greenville.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented TSO ICP LLC in the lease of 3,633 square feet of office space at 3 Independence Pointe in Greenville to Easlan Management Co. Inc.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Ft. Prince Industrial CH LLC in the sale of 44 acres at 0 Casual Drive in Wellford to Bird Dog Development-Casual Drive LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Moonville Investment Co. LLC in the sale of 26.1 acres at Greenville Enterprise Park in Piedmont to Vermeer Manufacturing Corp.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Dep Properties LLC, in the lease of a 1,600-square-foot retail space at 606 S. Main St. in Greenville to tenant GVLash LLC.

Michael Joseph of Joyner Commercial represented the tenant, Tri Med Services, and the landlord, Saad Resources LLC, in a deal for a 1,200-square-foot office space at 500 E. Lee Road, A1, in Taylors.

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International represented the landlord, Big Sky Properties, in the leasing of their 27,500-square-foot industrial facility at 1700 Victor Hill Road in Duncan. Luke Lyons and Bobby Lyons facilitated the deal.

Dallas Wright of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Leo Bates, in the sale of a 47.9-acre property located on Emerald Circle in Clinton to David Stephens.
