Nicholas Sardone and Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 200 East Broad LLC in leasing an office space with 6,767 rentable square feet at 200 E. Broad St., Suite 450, Greenville, to Clawson & Staubes LLC.


Bryon Culbertson of Joyner Commercial represented the tenant, The Spark Effect, and landlord NV LLC in the lease of a 1,715-square-foot retail space located at 117 Batesville Road in Greenville.


Scott Snedigar and Givens Stewart of Wilson Kibler handled the sale of a 7,986-square-foot office space at 149 Halton Village Circle in Greenville. Alakra Properties LLC sold the building to Bank Building R LLC for $2.7 million.


Ross Kester of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, CM Knight Pendleton LLC, in the sale of a 420,000-square-foot industrial building at 290 Old Anderson Road in Pendleton to an undisclosed buyer, represented by Cameron Babbitt, Tommy DeMint and Sydney Crane of Pintail Capital Advisors.


Rakan Draz, James McKay and John Odom Avison Young commercial real estate represented Judson Mill Ventures IV LLC in leasing 4,950 square feet of retail space at 701 Easley Bridge Road in Greenville to Millworks LLC.
