2015 Laurens Road, GreenvilleT Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented TCD Properties, the landlord, in lease renewal negotiations with Carolina Karate & Fitness Center, for a 4,405-square-foot retail space at 2015 Laurens Road, Suite A, in Greenville.


Rob Howell and Kristin McDonald of Avison Young represented Norvell Properties LLC in the sale of 4.23 acres of land at 98 Shelter Court in Greer to 98 Shelter Ct LLC. Leif Busby of Windsor Aughtry represented the buyer.


Nicholas Sardone and Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented landlord 200 East Broad LLC in leasing a 4,667-rentable-square-foot office space at 200 E. Broad St., Suite 410, Greenville, to HMR Veteran Services Inc. 


Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 100 North Main LLC, the landlord, in lease renewal negotiations with Lilies on Main for a 703-square-foot retail space at the Cannon Building, 100 N. Main St., Fountain Inn.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Cranial Technologies Inc. in the leasing of 3,215 square feet of office space at 1003 Grove Road in Greenville.


Jeff Howell and Chuck Langston, both with Langston-Black Real Estate, represented The High Side LLC, in the leasing of their 17,000-square-foot building at 106 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greer. This was the former Bonds Furniture building. The new tenant, Sarks Automotive, plans to operate an auto parts retail facility.


Ellice Niedrach of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Coffee Investments LLC, in the sale of a 52,950-square-foot industrial investment property at 141 Venture Blvd. in Spartanburg to Venture Industrial LLC. 


Andrew Babb and John Bauknight of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Daniel Park, in the sale of a 12,000-square-foot retail property at 136 Magnolia St. in Spartanburg to 136 Magnolia Street LLC.


Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Addison Jacob and Associates LLC, in the sale of a 9,600-square-foot industrial property at 107 Northeast Drive in Spartanburg to Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine. 


Scott Jones and John Stathakis of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, J.B. Mullinax Properties LLC, in the sale of a 2,150-square-foot office space at 3447 Pelham Road, Suite 202, Greenville, to Pelham7up11 LLC. 


Ellice Niedrach of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, NARA Properties LLC, in the purchase of a 3,500-square-foot office building at 304 E. Frontage Road in Greer from RWB Family Trust. 


Tripp Taylor of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Sandra Power, in the sale of a 117-acre property located on Highway 14 in Laurens to Phillip Davis. 


Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Kensington Apartments LLC, in the sale of a 522,720-square-foot multi-family investment property located at 200 Kensington Road in Taylors to Eskay Management Corp. 


Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Southwood Crescent Pointe LLC, in the sale of a 404,672-square-foot multi-family investment property at 1500 S. Oak St., Seneca, to Ultimate Properties LLC.


Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Triangle Clemson LLC, in the sale of a 495,277 –square-foot multi-family investment property at 116 Northwoods Drive in Seneca to Ultimate Properties LLC. 


Gaston Albergotti of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Jessie Wilson, in the sale of a 3,366-square-foot office space at 112 Montgomery Drive in Anderson to Learn Upstate LLC. 


Bill Sims and Will Freeman of NAI Earle Furman represented the purchaser, Alarka Properties LLC, in the purchase of a 7,968-square-foot investment property at 115 Halton Village Circle, Greenville.
