Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Kestra Financial in leasing 3,313 square feet of office space at 40 W. Broad Street in Greenville.


Tripp Bradley of Colliers represented Hardee's Restaurants LLC in the sale of a 3,200-square-foot retail building at 98 Garner Road in Spartanburg.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented HTI Properties LLC in the lease of 2,473 square feet of office space at 105 N. Spring St. in Greenville to Toates Law Firm.

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, Farm Bureau Insurance of South Carolina, in the lease of a 1,900-square-foot office at 600 Independence Boulevard in Greenville from landlord Milton Shockley.
