Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Alice Manufacturing Company Inc. in selling a 28,800-square-foot office building on 1.6 acres at 208 E. First Ave., Easley, to Pickens County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, doing business as Behavioral Health Services of Pickens County.

Adam Padgett and Matt Roos of Lee & Associates represented the seller, EIP Wildwood LLC, in the sale of 3,600 square feet of property at 1010 Wildwood Center Drive in Columbia. The purchaser was Carolina Good Life LLC.

Jordan Skellie of Lee & Associates represented purchaser JOJAD LLC in buying 43.60 acres of land on National Avenue in Spartanburg. The seller was Interstate Investments LLC.

 Jordan Skellie and Elledge Willis of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Daley D. Porter, in the 4.661-acre sale of 6501 Highway 24 in Townville at the interchange of Interstate 85. The purchaser was Bottomley Enterprises Inc.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Moonville Investment Co. in the sale of 70.1 acres of land on U.S. Highway 25 in Piedmont to Stream Realty Acquisitions.

Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Gabmax85 LLC which sold a 4,125-square-foot retail building on a lot at 1243 Laurens Rd., Greenville, to 1243 Laurens LLC. He also represented Gabmax85 LLC in the sale of a more than 1,430-square-foot retail building on at 1251 Laurens Road to 1251 Laurens LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery,  Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Fulcra Enterprises/Meadowcreek Gaffney in the sale of 39.91 acres of land on Commerce Drive in Gaffney to Sticker Mule South Carolina.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall, Dillon Swayngim and Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Pilot Travel Centers in the sale of 23.45 acres of land on John Dodd Road in Spartanburg to Hughes Commercial Properties.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented The Old House LLC in the sale of 17.46 acres of land at 7820 Augusta Road in Piedmont to 33 TPS LLC.

Kay Kill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented seller Greer Investments LTD in the sale of a 361,548 square feet of multi-family property at 1102 W. Poinsett St. in Greer.

Geoff Beans of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller Chesnee Highway 221, LLC in the sale of 47,450 retail building located at 2240 Chesnee Highway in Spartanburg to the buyer Hwy 221 Storage, LLC who was represented by Chris Harrison of NAI Earle Furman.

Tripp Taylor III of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of 45.69 acres of land at Reedy Creek Road in Laurens to Mark III Properties LLC.

John Baldwin of NAI Earle Furman represented seller BRE LLC in the sale of a 45,914-square-foot industrial building at 50 Commerce Center in Greenville to Chesnee Highway 221 LLC, represented by Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman.

John Baldwin and Alex Campbell of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, RGolden Eastside Holdings LLC, in the purchase of a 10,000-square-foot industrial building at 3621 Highway 29 South in Anderson.

John Baldwin of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, RGolden Eastside Holdings LLC in, the purchase of 17.67 acres located on Highway 29 South in Anderson.
