First Ave., Easley, to Pickens County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, doing business as Behavioral Health Services of Pickens County.


Adam Padgett and Matt Roos of Lee & Associates represented the seller, EIP Wildwood LLC, in the sale of 3,600 square feet of property at 1010 Wildwood Center Drive in Columbia. The purchaser was Carolina Good Life LLC.


Jordan Skellie of Lee & Associates represented purchaser JOJAD LLC in buying 43.60 acres of land on National Avenue in Spartanburg. The seller was Interstate Investments LLC.
