The seller was Clale Properties LLC.


Adam Padgett and Matt Roos of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, James Lawrence, in the lease of 5,000 square feet of space at 751 John Dodd Road in Spartanburg. The tenant was Pittsburg Bottom Line LLC, doing business as Bottom Line Co.


Kevin Bentley, Randall Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, HS Buildco LLC in the lease of 12,000 square feet at 113 LaCannon Road in Piedmont. The tenant was Dillon Supply Co.


Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young represented Fortis in the subleasing of 7,997 square feet of office space at 116 Markley St. in Greenville. Will Williamson and Keith Jones of NAI Earl Furman represented the tenant.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, SCTAC Flex LLC, in the purchase of five acres of land on Arrowhead Court Greenville from SCTAC (city and county of Greenville).


Gaston Albergotti, Jake Van Gieson, Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, an investment group led by CAPA Management, in the purchase of a 331,000-square-foot office building at 301 N. Main St. in Greenville from the seller Tower on Main LLC.


Chandler Ayers of NAI Earle Furman represented the sellers SLLIM Winfield LLC, Winfield Acres LLC and Winfield Spartanburg LLC in the sale of a 41-property residential portfolio at Tamara Acres and Lavendula Street in Spartanburg to VB One LLC.
