Chris Prince and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young commercial real estate represented the landlord in the renewal of 2,500 square feet of office space in “The Village at Thornblade” office park at 420 The Parkway in Greenville. The space was leased to Michigan-based Adams Outdoor Advertising.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Guest & Brady in the purchase of two office buildings totaling 27,425 square feet at 745 N. Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville.


Richard Barrett of Colliers represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of 11,300 square feet of industrial space at 110 Corporate Center Drive in Spartanburg to Blackhawk Industrial Distribution Inc.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Woodside Properties LLC in the sale of a 12,900-square-foot office building at 31 Cessna Court in Greenville to Point Place Holdings LLC.


David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, AML LLC, in the lease of a 2,000square-foot office space at 1627 E. North St. in Greenville to City Center Counseling Ministries.


Spencer Hines Properties-Greenville said it represented the Sanders Group LP as seller of a multitenant industrial/flex property at 775 Woodruff Road, Greenville. The anchor tenant is Furniture Services Inc., a provider of rental furniture packages to individuals or businesses, and relocation services to corporate executives and professionals. Furniture Services Inc. was also owned by the Sanders Group and has showroom offices in Greenville, Columbia and Charleston.


Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented Applied Research Associates Inc. in leasing second floor space at Pendleton West, 607 Pendleton St. in Greenville. ARA plans to hire qualified software, electrical, mechanical and systems engineers for the technology advanced work within their Integrated Products Division.


Rickey Heaton, advisor with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the buyer in the purchase of 10 Winchester Court in Mauldin. The property will be renovated and then operated as Able Kids, which is an ABA Care Center for children with autism.

Adam Padgett of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, Roger & Judy Cambier, in the 25,576-square-foot lease renewal of 202 Beechtree Blvd in Greenville. The tenant is GY Packaging LLC.


John Stathakis II and Scott Jones of NAI Earle Furman represented landlord Howell Ridge LLC in leasing 1,200 square feet of retail space in Suite 302 at 3601 E. North St. in Greenville.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Caje Group LLC, in leasing 370 square feet of office space at 269 S. Church St. in Spartanburg to Girls on the Run Upstate SC.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented landlord Home Builders Association of Greenville in leasing 1,776 square feet of office space at 5 Creekside Park Court, Suite G, Greenville, to Perceptive Recruiting LLC.


Geoff Beans of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord Evans Best LLC in the lease renewal of 1,020 square feet of retail space located at 30 Orchard Park Drive, Suite 3, Greenville, to Vaporwize.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented landlord Watts & James in leasing 2,279 square feet of office space at 841 E. Main St. in Spartanburg to Forever Yung Day Spa.


Steve Wunder of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, NAI Earle Furman LLC, in leasing 108 square feet of office space at 1 Real Estate Way in Spartanburg to Potters of Eden LLC.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Thirty Eight Pointe Circle LLC, in the sale of a 5,651-square-foot freestanding office building at 38 Pointe Circle in Greenville to CHL Holdings LLC, represented by Taylor Charles.


Earle Furman Jr. of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of a 3,500-square-foot retail building at 3736 Waddell Road in Taylors.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, That's What She Said LLC, in the sale of a 3,900-square-foot office building at 212-214 Adley Way in Greenville from Barrister Holdings LLC.


Bill Sims and Will Freeman of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, District Fountain Inn LLC, in the sale of a 10,000-square-foot retail building at 230 McCarter Road in Fountain Inn to BKL Properties LLC.
