The tenant was Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented The Simpson Organization in the lease of 6,756 square feet of office space at 5 Independence Pointe in Greenville to Lennar Homes.


Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented ChargePoint in the leasing of 3,346 square feet of office space at 1122 S. Main St. in Greenville.

The tenant was Sweet Designs Shoppe LLC.


Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the seller of 86 Villa Road in Greenville, a 9,000-square-foot office building, to Foundation Property Group. FPG is working directly with a medical user to occupy the building following a renovation project to suit the tenant.
