Darath Mackie and Randall Bentley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the Landlord, RAJMAN 04 LLC in the 7,757-square-foot lease of 12 Maple Tree Court, Suite 202 and 203 in Greenville. The tenant was Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented The Simpson Organization in the lease of 6,756 square feet of office space at 5 Independence Pointe in Greenville to Lennar Homes.

Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented ChargePoint in the leasing of 3,346 square feet of office space at 1122 S. Main St. in Greenville.

Kevin Bentley, Randall Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, Cobba Properties LLC in the renewal and expansion of 10,000 square feet in Suites A, C and D at 2003 Perimeter Road in Greenville. The tenant was Sweet Designs Shoppe LLC.

Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the seller of 86 Villa Road in Greenville, a 9,000-square-foot office building, to Foundation Property Group. FPG is working directly with a medical user to occupy the building following a renovation project to suit the tenant.

T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Suntuity Solar LLC in leasing a 2,000-square-foot industrial space at 530-B Chucks Drive, Duncan, from Chatim LLC and Langston-Black Real Estate Inc.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, Maddox Holdings LLC, in the lease of a 1,250-square-foot office space at 420 I-B The Parkway in Greer, to tenant Awakening Life Chiropractic Health Center PC.

Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 5.43-acre investment property at 500 Memorial Drive Extension in Greer from Greer Professional Park GP.

Bill Sims and Will Freeman of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Browning Cowpens LLC, in the sale of a 10,385-square-foot Dollar Tree at 5401 N. Main St. in Cowpens to Exchangeright Net-Leased Portfolio 58 Dst.

Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Alex Johnson of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Antioch Church Partners LLC, in the sale of a 31,500-square-foot industrial building at 1507 Antioch Church Road in Greenville.

Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, Village at Baytree LLC, in the sale of the 33-unit Baytree Apartments in Bessemer City, N.C., to Humboldt Partners LLC.

Kay Hill, Bern DuPree and Trey Snellings of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, PPV Azalea Apartments Owner LLC, in the sale of a 39-unit investment portfolio at 110 Nunnally Road in Anderson to AU Azalea LLC.

John Stathakis II and Scott Jones of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Stoneco Fund I LLC, in the purchase of an 11,030-square-foot office property at 103 and 105 Claire Drive in Piedmont from OPM Properties LLC.

Rusty Hamrick of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of a 74.30-acre property on Southern Road in Belton in Greenville County.

Bill Sims and Will Freeman of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Greer Express Wash LLC, in the purchase of a 3,376-square-foot retail investment at 101 Sudduth Farms Drive in Greer.

John Baldwin of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, McCarter Road LLC, in the sale of 6.04 acres on NPA McCarter Road in Fountain Inn to C4 Investments LLC.

John Gray Jr. of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Liza Property LLC, in the purchase of a 10,002-square-foot multi-tenant retail shopping center at 379 Old Greenville Highway in Clemson from T & R Clemson Ventures LLC.

Jason Richards of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, 958 East Main Street LLC, in the purchase of an 8,345-square-foot retail property at 958 E. Main St., Spartanburg, from JCX Holdings.
