Darath Mackie of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, Mill Store Holdings LLC, in the lease of 1,593 square feet at 4 Main St., Suite C, in Piedmont. The tenant was A’Bella Catering LLC.


Garrett Scott, John Montgomery,  Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Moonville Investment Company LLC in the sale of 70.1 acres of land on U.S. Highway 25 in Piedmont to Stream Realty Acquisitions LLC.


Martin Pazdan, adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, assisted the landlord in the lease of 2,350 square feet of flex space at 160 Kerns Ave. in Greenville to Cornerstone Printing Co., a digital printing company.

Geoff Beans of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, The Farmington Group LLC, in leasing a 1,196 square feet of retail space in Suite C at 101 S. Main St. in Mauldin to T-Mobile.


Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing a 3,600-square-foot industrial space in Duncan.


Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Alex Johnson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Spartanburg Center No. 2 LLC, in leasing a 6,141-square-foot industrial space at 101-111 Fortis Drive, Suite 103, in Duncan. Alex Campbell of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Duraserv Corp.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Bolton & Menk Southeast LLC, in leasing a 7,997-square-foot office space at 116 and 118 N. Markley St. in Greenville from Fortis Riders LLC.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Caje Group LLC, in leasing a 2,790-square-foot office space at 269 S. Church St. in Spartanburg to Movement Mortgage LLC.


Hunter Garrett, John Staunton, Tom Daniel, Hal Johnson and Alex Johnson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Shamrock A Owner LLC, in leasing a 534,702-square-foot industrial space at 122 Palmetto Commerce Parkway in Orangeburg to Pet Supplies Plus LLC.


Geoff Beans of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, R2M 221 Robertson LLC, in leasing 19,709 square feet of retail space at 215-231 Robertson Blvd. in Walterboro to Harbor Freight Tools USA Inc.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 401 Brookfield LLC, in leasing 3,108 square feet of office space at 401 Brookfield Parkway, Suite 400, Greenville, to Regional Finance Corp. of South Carolina.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg helped close a deal on five acres on Hampton Street in Chesnee. The buyer was Hampton Towns LLC. The seller was Spartanburg School District 5.


Craig Jacobs of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg assisted with the purchase of 3,200 square feet of space at 114 Southport Road in Spartanburg. PGSW Properties LLC bought the office space from CSK Properties LLC for $400,000.


PEC Properties LLC purchased 5,000 square feet of industrial space on 1.39 acres of land in Chesnee for $460,000 from Burgin Properties LLC. Agents Dale Seay and Neal Boyett of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg helped facilitate the sale.


Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg helped with the sale of three-quarters of an acre on Upward Road in Flat Rock, N.C., for $450,000. Quick Trip Corp. bought the land from James S. Erwin Jr. and Ruth G. Erwin. They also helped facilitate the $2.8 million sale of 3.06 acres of land from Jeff C. Justus on Upward Road, also to Quick Trip Corp.
