Edward Wilson of Wilson Kibler represented the buyer in the off-market purchase of 1521 S. Buncombe Road, a recently redeveloped 39,393-square-foot flex facility on a 10-year sale leaseback at $4,600,000.


T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented seller William H. Ehlies in the sale of a 1,657-square-foot office condominium at 310 Mills Ave., Building A, Suites 3A and 3B, in Greenville, to Hank & Abby’s Properties LLC.


T. Cox and Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 808 Laurens Road LLC, the seller of a 1,557-square-foot office building on 0.18 acre at 808 Laurens Road in Greenville. Stone Pack LLC was the purchaser.


Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Fairforest of Greenville LLC, which sold 2.58 acres at Global Business Park, Global Drive in Greenville, to Watt Holdings LLC.


Darath Mackie and Nick Quigley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the tenant, Industrial TurnAround Corp., in the lease of 15,400 square feet at 7600 Pelham Road in Greenville. The landlord was 105 E North Street LLC.


Micah Williams and Randall Bentley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the tenant, Grace Community Church of South Carolina Inc., in the lease of 2,500 square feet of space at 5 E. Warehouse Court in Taylors. The landlord is Jack E. Shaw.


Lyons Industrial completed a 474,867-square-foot industrial lease with RDI USA Inc. in Duncan.


Shannon Caldwell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Morgan Manor Group LLC, in leasing a 1,400-square-foot retail space at 730 S. Pleasantburg Drive, Suite B, in Greenville to Prodoh LLC.


John D. Gray Jr. of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing an 1,800-square-foot office space in Suite B at 225 Halton Road in Greenville to Greenvillebff LLC.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, MBI Properties LLC, in leasing a 1,300-square-foot office space in Suite D at 1 Caledon Court in Greenville to  Mindful Renovations LLC.


Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing a 79,460-square-foot industrial space at 1610 Old Grove Road in Piedmont.


John Stathakis and Scott Jones of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant, Heather Siffri, in leasing a 1,660-square-foot office space at 29 Creekview Court in Greenville from TJM Properties LLC.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, CAPA Real Estate LLC, in leasing a 2,080-square-foot office space at 301 N. Main Street, Suite 1700, in Greenville to Priority-1 Inc.


Mehrab Lake LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for $106,713 to NHPP LLC at 12628 E. Main St. in Duncan. Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg were the agents.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg were the agents in the lease of 1,000 square feet of office space at 1400 Boiling Springs Road, Unit 8, for $18,543. Asbury Financial, doing business as Spartanburg Financial Services, leased the space from DL Properties of the Upstate.


Dale Seay and Mike Tanbonliong, agents for Spencer Hines-Spartanburg, helped arrange the lease of 2,400 square feet of retail space in units C, D and E at 100 Burton St., Spartanburg, for $68,208. Holistic Healthcare of the Carolinas LLC leased the property from Beth Owens.
