Recent Hot Properties commercial real estate deals include Sammy DuBose and Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, who represented Verdae Properties LLC, the landlord in lease renewal negotiations with Joy of Tokyo. The 2,000 square feet of retail space is located at Market Place Shopping Center, 2447 Laurens Road in Greenville.


Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Hollingsworth Funds Inc., the landlord, in the leasing of 1.72 acres on Woodruff Road in Greenville to Invenio Partners Inc.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Anderson Eye + Ear Properties LLC in the sale of a 33,805-square-foot office building at 1655 E. Greenville St. in Anderson to Oak Hollow Properties LLC.


John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall, Dillon Swayngim and Drake Scott of Colliers represented Green Tree Metals in the sale of a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 373 Huntington Road in Gaffney to Sticker Mule LLC.


Richard Barrett of Colliers represented Congaree Bluff Farms LLC in the lease of 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 9091 Asheville Highway in Boiling Springs to Top Tier Solar Solutions.


Mike Kiriakides and Rickey Heaton, adviser of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the seller in the sale of 2.6 acres at a signalized corner in Seneca for a Tunnel Car Wash.


Larry Webb, adviser of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the seller, One Pete Hollis LLC, in the sale of 801 Buncombe St., Greenville. This 3,000-square-foot office/retail building was acquired by ESM Holdings LLC. It will be used as the future headquarters of Everett Sports Management, a global sports management firm providing branding and marketing consultation to elite athletes, corporations and institutions.


Bub Nuttall and Darath Mackie of Lee & Associates Charleston were the representatives in three deals for SCFCU: a building purchase at 111 N. Main St. in Mauldin; a land purchase at 2536 Woodruff Road, the Five Forks area of Greenville; and a ground lease for a 20-year term at The Parkway in Greenville.


Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Micah Williams of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the tenant, Universal Packaging and Sewing Supplies Inc., while Jordan Skellie and Elledge Willis represented the landlord, Tietex International Inc., in the renewal and expansion of 103,786-square-foot space at 160 Lincoln School Road in Spartanburg.


Hunter Garrett, Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, 18 Woods Lake LLC, in the purchase of a 31,360-square-foot industrial property at 1995 Perimeter Road in Greenville from Environmental Express Inc.


Knox Duncan of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer, Frontier Ventures LLC, in the purchase of 47.75 acres of land located on Mattison Road in Belton from Charlotte Cowden.


Chandler Ayers of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, PGA  Properties LLC, in the purchase of five 1,900-square-foot office buildings at 1971 S. Pine St. in Spartanburg from Harley Holdings LLC.


Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Damion Smith, in the sale of a 1,950-square-foot warehouse property located at 1421 New Cut Road in Spartanburg to Aleksandr Pitchenko.


John Bauknight and Andrew Babb of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Glendale Development Corp., in the sale of 16.49 acres of land at 351 Broadway Street in Glendale to Spartanburg Area Conservancy Inc.


Michael Roth and John Gray Jr. of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Fields Properties LLC, in the sale of a 5,764-square-foot office building at 1028 North Church St. in Greenville to 1028 N Church LLC.


Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail Capital Partners represented the sublessor, Yesflow LLC, in the lease of a 4,000-square-foot office space at 23 Falls Park Drive in Greenville to sublessee, Domtar Paper Company LLC.


Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, What Real Estate LLC, in the purchase of an 1,800-square-foot retail building located at 2703 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors from seller Kaar Management LLC.


Dale Seay of Specer Hines-Spartanburg helped closed a deal for 1.54 acres and 5,000 square feet of space at 4659 S. Church St. in Spartanburg. Bobby Crisp sold the property.


Guy Harris and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer Hines-Spartanburg facilitated the sale of 1.62 acres, which includes 2,537 square feet of office space, at 1908 Old Charlotte Highway in Monroe, N.C., to Founders Federal Credit Union. Brotherhood Limited Partnership sold the property for $1.8 million.


Wilson Kibler senior brokerage associate Scott Snedigar in Greenville represented the buyer, Swamp Rabbit Investments LLC, in the purchase of a 12,000-square-foot office building on 4.67 acres at 2 Fisher Road in Greenville.
