HOT PROPERTIES: Design group re-leases downtown Greenville space

Harry Croxton and T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Mountain City Land & Improvement Co. LLC, the landlord, in lease renewal negotiations with OOBE Apparel Design Group Inc. for a 9,753-rentable-square-foot office space at Innovate, 148 River St., Suite 100, in Greenville.

Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Montgomery Development in the purchase of one acre of land at 2255 Drayton Road in Spartanburg.

Abbeville Development Associates LLC leased 1,400 square feet of retail space to TH Hospitality Group at 815 W. Greenwood St., Suite 1. Spencer/Hines Properties agents Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. facilitated the deal.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties helped completed a lease deal for 1,346 square feet of office space for Suite 2 at 815 W. Greenwood St. in Abbeville for World Finance Corp. The property was leased from Abbeville Development Associates. They also handled the lease of Suite 3 at that same address, 1,400 square feet of retail space for Saddam Aldailam, and 3,080 square feet of Suite 4 for Savitz Drug Store Inc.

Guy Harris Sr., Guy Harris Jr., Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties facilitated the lease of 1,300 square feet of office space at 1218 John B White Sr. Blvd in Spartanburg. Carolina Community Loan Fund leased the property from 3NT LLC.

Guy Harris Sr., Guy Harris Jr. and Robbie Romeiser of Spencer/Hines Properties closed a $1.5 million deal for five lots, nearly 28 acres, at Startex Mills in Spartanburg County. The property was sold by R4 Corp. to Banker Exchange as QI for Startex Mill LLC.

T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Gracie B’s LLC, which sold a 1,260-square-foot office/retail building on less than a half-acre at 2403 Poinsett Highway in Greenville to Haute Commodity Hair LLC.

Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Chestnut Communities Midtown LLC in the purchase of 0.16 acres of land at 1 Lowndes Hill Road in Greenville.

John Montgomery, Garrett Scott,  Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Renfro Properties LLC in the sale of 566,564 square feet of industrial space at 1702 Springdale Drive in Clinton to Clinton Fields LLC.

T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Scuffletown Real Estate Holding Co. LLC, the purchaser about 0.75 acre at 206 Ladean Court in Simpsonville from Talley Drive LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Adidas in the leasing of 439,360 square feet of industrial space at 200 Fort Prince Road in Wellford.

Dillon Swayngim, Garrett Scott, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall of Colliers represented Cooper Standard in the leasing of 110,284 square feet of industrial space at 2071 Fryml Drive in Spartanburg.

Darath Mackie of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the purchaser, 149-151 Commons Way LLC, which bought 4,400 square feet of space at 149-151 Commons Way in Greenville from RL & GP Enterprises LLC.

Geoff Beans and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Yuze Holdings LLC, in leasing 5,153 square feet of retail space at 1036-1050 N. Pleasantburg Drive, Suite 1050 in Greenville to The Original Pet Place LLC.

Earle Furman Jr. and Jonathan Good of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 1,980 square feet of retail space in Suite D at 3915 Pelham Road., Greenville, to Fed Ex Office and Print Services Inc.

Earle Furman Jr. and Jonathan Good of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 4,973 square feet of retail space at 3501 Pine Needles Road in Florence to La Petite Academy Inc.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Rajman 01 LLC, in leasing 3,600 square feet of office space located at 274 Commonwealth Drive, Suite C, Greenville, to Mullins Health Partners Inc.

Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Mogo LLC, in leasing 1,560 square feet of office space located at 894 and 896 W. St. John St. in Spaartanburg to Greer Audiology.
