Spencer/Hines Properties-Greenville LLC handled the recent $1.7 million sale of the Guest & Brady Attorneys At Law office at 1560 Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville. Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines represented the sellers in the transaction.
