The three new “enclaves,” as the company calls them, include Golf Ridge at The Cliffs at Mountain Park as well as Solstice Park and Lake Ridge at the Landing, both in The Cliffs of Keowee Springs.

Golf Ridge lies adjacent to the Mountain Park community’s Gary Player signature golf course while Solstice Park borders Keowee Spring’s Tom Fazio-designed course.  Lake Ridge at the Landing will be adjacent to the incoming Lake Club, according to a news release.

“We are pleased to launch these new ownership opportunities at The Cliffs at Mountain Park and The Cliffs at Keowee Springs,” Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs, said in the release. “Each homesite is ideally located, and owners will benefit from existing and planned state-of-the-art amenities, which continue to be in high demand across our seven communities.”

Floor plans for the 19 sites at Golf Ridge range from 2,785 to 3,457 square feet and feature open floor plans, open-air living spaces and options including summer kitchens and patio fireplaces, according to the release. Homes range from $999,999 to $1.29 million.

The 28 homes at Solstice Park range from 2,785 to 3,457 square feet for between $1.03 million to $1.33 million, while Lake Ridge’s five 3,700-square-foot homes start at $1.75 million and have been designed by Charleston architect David Thompson.

“As inventory continues to stay at an all-time low, Cliffs Builders is thrilled to deliver new ownership opportunities in special neighborhoods within The Cliffs through this release,” Chris Calloway, vice president of development, said in the release. “These new options also provide prospective owners the unique ability to build through an expedited and streamlined process that doesn’t compromise quality.”
