Harris Teeter to host grand opening event

Listen to this articleHarris Teeter will celebrate the opening of its Greenville store on Tuesday, July 10, at Lewis Plaza Shopping Center in Greenville. Located at 1720 Augusta St., the store will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5 p.m. and host a Taste of Teeter sampling event.
The 57,000-square-foot Harris Teeter features an extended service meat and seafood case; a hot foods bar in the fresh foods department, and a wine and beer bar, which features 12 beers on tap, according to a news release.
“Harris Teeter is thrilled to be joining the Greenville community,” said Danna Robinson, communication manager for Harris Teeter, in the release. “We are looking forward to getting to know our new neighbors, and we cannot wait for shoppers to see their new Harris Teeter.”
