Connecting Our Future explores mobility issues

Listen to this articleAn initiative through Ten At The Top has kicked off a collaborative process to create a regional vision and strategies for improving mobility and connectivity in the 10-county area.
Connecting Our Future is being led by a coalition of Upstate stakeholders representing private industry, planning practitioners, elected officials, and non-profit organizations and institutions. Organizers hope to yield a coordinated strategy that aligns the region’s most urgent mobility needs with broader long-term regional initiatives such as economic vitality, social equity, health and safety, and quality of life, according to a statement from Ten At The Top.
The Connecting Our Future Advisory Team hosted an idea exchange on March 19 at the Michelin Conference Center. The workshop featured feature a series of small group conversations organized around timely topics.
