Frontier starts GSP to Tampa service today

Listen to this articleFrontier Airlines has launched its nonstop service from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to Tampa International Airport.
Flights will be offered on 180-seat Airbus 320 aircraft on Mondays and Fridays. Frontier also offers twice-weekly service to Denver from GSP and seasonal service to Las Vegas and Orlando, according to a news release.
“Tampa is one of the 10 most popular destinations for GSP passengers and we are excited to make this nonstop service available,” said Dave Edwards, GSP president and CEO, in the release. “These flights will not only provide access to central Florida, but passengers will have opportunities for connections to many international destinations.”
Frontier Airlines announced in June it was coming to GSP, and in September made its first flight into GSP.
