The section of Falls Street in downtown Greenville between Japanese Dogwood Lane and East Broad Street will be closed for approximately two months beginning Wednesday. The area is surrounding the Camperdown development located at the corner of South Main Street and East Broad Street. Access to businesses will be maintained via Japanese Dogwood Lane, Calvin Street, Webster Street, Vivian Street and East Broad Street, according to the city of Greenville. The section of road will be closed for utility improvements including water line, storm drain system and sanitary sewer system upgrades. The city said the section will reopen Oct. 12-15 for the Fall for Greenville festival.
