What’s the best advice you have ever received?

Don’t waste the pain. While we can find ourselves in hardship, these challenges offer an opportunity for us to grow.

What’s the best advice you could give?

Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Be careful and pace yourself.

What is the stiffest challenge facing your industry right now?

Our demand continues to grow, both in orders and capacity, driving us to ramp up. It’s a good problem to have as we expand and grow our operation.

Little known fact about your company:

Schneider Electric’s was ranked No. 1 in Gartner’s 2023 Global Supply Chain ranking. We continue to innovate in our facility, recently adding another production line with smart controls to ensure quality for our customers.

What was your first job?

My first job was lawn maintenance in high school, then I was a customer service representative right out of college.

 Describe your role:

My position is very dynamic, overseeing the planning and operations in Seneca, including two manufacturing facilities and the more than 500 people on our team.

 What does your company do?

Our focus is helping people make the most of their energy, developing solutions that allow companies — from home builders to data centers and infrastructure — be more digital, efficient and sustainable.
