The company aims to establish a nationwide hydrogen infrastructure network that will make transitioning to hydrogen fuel easier and more economical for business owners and industrial operations.
By adding seven new machining lines, two new assembly lines and additional processes to machine components internally, the company will create 87 new jobs.
The $6.2 million investment will create 24 new jobs, and will include the addition of a new, 25,000-square-foot building at the same site to accommodate increased logistics demand.

The assets to be acquired include a development center for battery modules and packs in California and an assembly factory in South Carolina.
