A company headquartered in Greenville and Columbia has added to its holdings with the purchase of two more franchise locations of Two Men and a Truck.

Holding company Gray Fox Strategic owns 23 franchises across five brands, most of it being in the moving business with 14 Two Men and a Truck locations in five states, according to a news release from the company. Gray Fox is the largest franchisee group for Two Men and a Truck in the Southeast, the company says.

The latest acquisitions are the Two Men franchises in Rock Hill and Charlotte, the release stated.

“Charlotte was recently ranked in the top 10 for Best Cities to Live in the U.S. So adding the Charlotte and Rock Hill locations to our group positions us very well to continue growing the brand within the Southeast,” Gray Fox Strategic cofounder and CEO Nathan Bocock said in the release. “Our goal is to continue serving the city of Charlotte by creating jobs and providing exceptional service to our customers.”

Gray Fox is owned by Bryan and Rebecca Feldman and Nathan Bocock, who started with Two Men and a Truck in the brand’s early days, the release stated. Bryan Feldman began as a mover in 1996 and worked his way up to multi-unit owner. His wife joined him and became an owner in 2002. Nathan Bocock joined the Feldmans in 2010, leading to the three of them partnering to purchase multiple other locations across the Southeast.

The owners said the acquisition is a sign of their loyalty and faith in the brand.

“We are excited about the acquisition of Charlotte, N.C., and Rock Hill, S.C.,” Bryan Feldman said in the release. “These two territories are geographically centered in the middle of our locations. This will enable us to serve our customers better and contribute to the growth of the Two Men and a Truck system.”
