The Allen Tate Anderson-Downtown / Pine to Palm Realty Group office is conveniently located at 205-B Concord Road in downtown Anderson. The office primarily serves clients in Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, and Greenville counties, and also covers the South Carolina coast and northeast Georgia. The office is home to 17 licensed real estate agents and features private offices, conference room and kitchenette.

Pine to Palm Realty Group was founded in 2022 by Sherry Traynum, who serves as broker-in-charge. The office was previously home to a partnership founded in 2008 as Aggressive Realty, specializing in retail and foreclosure properties, which was dissolved in 2022.

Traynum has worked as a Realtor for 19 years, with experience in residential and commercial real estate, foreclosures, manufactured home sales, mortgage lending and processing, and life insurance sales. She was co-owner of Aggressive Realty since 2013.

A lifelong resident of Anderson County, Traynum and her husband Josh have four children and three grandchildren. She is a dedicated community servant, volunteering her time with youth athletic clubs, the United Way, the Salvation Army and her church. She is a member of the Pendleton Historic Foundation and a passionate advocate for the homeless and affordable housing.

Traynum enjoys classic cars, gardening, boating and camping on Lake Hartwell, traveling and spending time with her family.
