ANNOUNCING: Meet the 2023 Health Care Heroes honorees

SC Biz News has announced its 2023 Health Care Heroes honorees.

For the first time, SC Biz News is honoring health care difference-makers from across South Carolina.

The annual recognition program honors individuals who go above and beyond to help make South Carolina a healthier, safer and happier place to live and work.

The 2023 class of Health Care Heroes represents diverse talent, expertise and a commitment to excellence in their endless pursuit to help others.

Honorees will be recognized during a luncheon Dec. 6 at the Columbia Double Tree Hotel.

Below are the honorees. The “hero” in each category will be unveiled at the Dec. 6 event. Heroes in the categories of First Responder, Future Medical Leader, Health Care Researcher, Therapy Animal Provider and Mentor of the Year will also be recognized at the Dec. 6 luncheon.
