Charles was born and raised in the foothills of Northern California, where he developed his passion for enology and viticulture. He played Men’s Soccer at Georgia Southern University class of 1995 and is the Development Chair for the Peachtree Hills Civic Association where he advises city planners, architects, arborists and utility companies. Chuck began his career in residential construction and real estate in 1998. His background as a general contractor allows him to have a heightened attention to detail and knowledge of homes for his clients. As a licensed Residential General Contractor and REALTOR, he provides a wholly unique perspective to Greenville and the Upstate markets. Chuck is able to see the entire transaction from land acquisition, development, individual home sales and purchases, to multi-family marketing and remodeling.
